 Devan Legington

Founder & President

Devan “D.Leg” Legington is a visionary leader, philanthropist, and advocate for social change. As the CEO and President of The Neighborhood Heroes Foundation, he has dedicated his life to uplifting communities, fostering opportunities, and being a beacon of hope for those in need.

Armed with an MBA in Marketing and Management, Devan combines business acumen with an unwavering passion for service. His journey to philanthropy was shaped by both triumphs and hardships—experiencing firsthand the power of resilience, community support, and the impact of a single helping hand. The tragic loss of a mentor and role model served as a pivotal moment, igniting a mission within him to create meaningful change. He understood that even the smallest acts of kindness could alter the course of a life, and with that realization, The Neighborhood Heroes Foundation was born.

Since its inception in 2020, Devan has led the organization with a commitment to bridging gaps, providing resources, and fostering a culture of unity and empowerment. Under his leadership, The Neighborhood Heroes Foundation has launched transformative initiatives that serve underprivileged youth, provide aid to the homeless, and support education and community well-being.

A true champion for the people, Devan’s story is one of perseverance, purpose, and passion. His dedication to the mission ensures that Neighborhood Heroes is more than just a foundation—it’s a movement, a marathon for cultural change that continues to inspire and uplift.​
